It all began with a desire to replace the old Rubber Mulch Flooring. Just prior to the beginning of the COVID Crisis, we reached out to price a new floor and quickly found it would be quite a while before we could afford it. When the mandated closure began last Spring we decided to take care of the many infrastructure needs that Climb On had. These included repairing and updating both bathrooms, enlarging the hold storage and setters room, new roof on the entire building, new windows and entrance door, remodeling the front room which includes weight machines and hangboards, updating the counter area and new wood flooring throughout.

Unfortunately, the COVID closures forced a gym in California to close their doors. We were able to purchase their flooring and with the help of former member Mike ‘Gilly’ Galligan, ship it from CA to Homewood.
